Поки ні. Udvoh задуманий як застосунок для одного екрана: ви сидите поруч і відповідаєте разом. Один акаунт належить парі.
Не приходить лист для відновлення пароля
Перевірте теку «Спам». Якщо листа немає й там — напишіть нам із тієї адреси, на яку реєструвались.
Питання здаються надто складними
Свайпніть картку вниз — застосунок перепише те саме питання простіше й конкретніше. Чим частіше ви це робите в категорії, тим простіше він формулює далі.
Питання не про нас
Свайп вліво означає «не моє»: такі теми й формулювання більше не повертаються. Наступні колоди спираються й на те, що ви обговорили, і на те, що відкинули.
Як працює підписка
Безкоштовно — перша колода на 10 питань у кожній категорії. Підписка знімає межу: колоди по 20 питань, без обмеження кількості, плюс генерація ідей побачень. Оплата списується з Apple ID, продовжується автоматично, скасувати можна в налаштуваннях Apple ID — не в застосунку.
Як скасувати підписку
Налаштування iPhone → ваше імʼя → Підписки → Udvoh → Скасувати. Оплачений період дограє до кінця, доступ лишається до його завершення.
Що таке таймлайн і хто бачить ці фото
Таймлайн — ваша спільна стрічка подій: текст, фото й відео, місця, посилання. Усе лежить у приватному сховищі й доступне лише вашому акаунту. Геолокацію застосунок бере тільки в мить, коли ви самі натискаєте «Ми зараз тут», а з контактів отримує лише ту людину, яку ви обрали у системному вікні.
Чому не приходять нагадування
Нагадування складаються на самому телефоні, тож потрібен дозвіл на сповіщення: Налаштування iPhone → Udvoh → Сповіщення. Нагадування про дні народження зʼявляться лише після того, як ви вкажете дати в розділі «Дані пари».
Як видалити акаунт
Профіль → Налаштування → Акаунт → Видалити акаунт. Видаляється все безповоротно: питання, відповіді, плани, записи таймлайну з фото й відео та листування з підтримкою.

Can we use it from two phones?
Not yet. Udvoh is designed for one screen: you sit together and answer together. One account belongs to the couple.
Password reset email did not arrive
Check your spam folder. If it is not there either, email us from the address you registered with.
Questions feel too complicated
Swipe the card down — the app rewrites that same question in simpler, more concrete words. The more often you do this in a category, the simpler it phrases new ones.
Questions do not feel like they are about us
Swipe left for "not ours": those themes and phrasings stop coming back. New decks build on both what you discussed and what you rejected.
How the subscription works
Free: the first deck of 10 questions in each category. The subscription removes the limit — decks of 20, unlimited decks, plus date-idea generation. Billing goes through your Apple ID and renews automatically; cancel in Apple ID settings, not in the app.
Deleting your account
Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. Everything is removed permanently: questions, answers, plans, timeline entries with photos and videos, and support conversations.
How to cancel the subscription
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Udvoh → Cancel. The paid period runs to its end and access stays until then.
What is the timeline and who sees those photos
The timeline is your shared feed of moments: text, photos and videos, places, links. It all lives in private storage, reachable only by your account. Location is read only at the moment you tap “we are here”, and from contacts the app receives only the person you picked in the system dialog.
Reminders do not arrive
Reminders are built on the device, so the app needs notification permission: iPhone Settings → Udvoh → Notifications. Birthday reminders appear only after you enter the dates in “Couple details”.
