Це угода між вами і розробником застосунку Udvoh. Встановлюючи застосунок і користуючись ним, ви з нею погоджуєтесь.
Що таке Udvoh
Udvoh — застосунок для пар. Він генерує питання для розмов та ідеї побачень під конкретну пару і дає вести спільний таймлайн подій. Один акаунт належить парі: обидва партнери користуються ним з одного телефона і бачать усе, що в ньому є.
Акаунт
- Користуватись застосунком можна з 16 років.
- Ви відповідаєте за збереження пароля і за все, що відбувається у вашому акаунті.
- Акаунт можна будь-коли видалити просто в застосунку: Профіль → Налаштування → Акаунт → Видалити акаунт. Видалення безповоротне.
Підписка Udvoh Pro
- Без підписки доступна перша колода на 10 питань у кожній категорії. Підписка знімає межу: колоди по 20 питань без обмеження кількості, а також генерація ідей побачень.
- Доступні періоди — місяць і рік. Ціну в місцевій валюті показує App Store безпосередньо в застосунку перед покупкою.
- Оплата списується з вашого Apple ID при підтвердженні покупки.
- Підписка продовжується автоматично, якщо не скасувати її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця поточного періоду. Продовження списується протягом 24 годин до кінця періоду.
- Керувати підпискою і скасувати автопродовження можна в налаштуваннях Apple ID після покупки. У самому застосунку скасувати підписку неможливо.
- Після скасування доступ лишається до кінця вже оплаченого періоду. Усе, що згенеровано раніше, лишається у вас і після закінчення підписки; нове не генерується.
- Оплату повністю обробляє Apple, тож і повернення коштів здійснює Apple за своїми правилами.
Ваш контент
Тексти, фото й відео, які ви додаєте в таймлайн, лишаються вашими. Ми зберігаємо їх у приватному сховищі лише для того, щоб показувати їх вам, і не використовуємо в жодних інших цілях. Ви відповідаєте за те, що додаєте: зокрема за згоду людей, зображених на знімках, і за право публікувати надіслані матеріали.
Питання генерує штучний інтелект
Питання та ідеї побачень створює мовна модель на основі даних, які ви ввели. Вони можуть виявитись недоречними, неточними або незручними. Це матеріал для розмови, а не порада фахівця.
Udvoh не є психологічною допомогою, терапією чи медичною послугою і не замінює консультацію спеціаліста. Якщо тема виявилась болючою, ви завжди можете пропустити питання. У складних ситуаціях, зокрема при насильстві чи загрозі безпеці, звертайтесь по фахову допомогу.
Як користуватись не можна
- заводити акаунт для когось без його відома чи згоди;
- додавати матеріали, які порушують закон або права інших людей;
- намагатись зламати застосунок, обійти обмеження підписки або отримати доступ до чужих даних.
За порушення цих умов доступ може бути припинено.
Доступність і зміни
Ми намагаємось, щоб застосунок працював безперебійно, але не гарантуємо безперервної роботи: можливі перерви на оновлення й збої в сервісах, від яких застосунок залежить. Ми можемо змінювати ці умови; істотні зміни будуть опубліковані на цій сторінці із зазначенням дати.
Відповідальність
Застосунок надається «як є». У межах, дозволених законом, ми не відповідаємо за непрямі збитки, втрачену вигоду чи наслідки рішень, ухвалених під впливом згенерованих питань.
Право
До цих умов застосовується законодавство України. Це не позбавляє вас захисту, який дає законодавство про захист прав споживачів країни вашого проживання.
Умови, яких вимагає Apple
- Ця угода укладена між вами і розробником Udvoh, а не з Apple. За сам застосунок і його вміст відповідає розробник.
- Apple надає вам невиключну ліцензію користуватись застосунком на пристроях Apple, якими ви володієте або керуєте, за правилами App Store.
- За підтримку й обслуговування відповідає розробник. Apple не зобовʼязана надавати підтримку.
- Якщо застосунок не відповідає гарантії, ви можете повідомити Apple, і вона поверне вартість покупки. Далі Apple жодних гарантійних зобовʼязань не має; усе інше — відповідальність розробника.
- Претензії щодо застосунку — відповідальність розробника: відповідність закону, вимоги про шкоду, порушення прав третіх осіб, захист прав споживачів.
- Якщо третя сторона заявить, що застосунок порушує її права інтелектуальної власності, розбирається з цим розробник.
- Користуючись застосунком, ви підтверджуєте, що не перебуваєте в країні під ембарго США і не внесені до заборонних списків США.
- Apple та її дочірні компанії є третіми особами — вигодонабувачами цієї угоди і мають право вимагати її виконання від вас.

Udvoh Terms of Use

This is an agreement between you and the developer of Udvoh. By installing and using the app you accept it.
What Udvoh is
Udvoh is an app for couples. It generates conversation questions and date ideas for a specific couple and lets you keep a shared timeline. One account belongs to a couple: both partners use it from one phone and see everything in it.
Account
- You must be 16 or older to use the app.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity in your account.
- You can delete the account at any time in the app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent.
Udvoh Pro subscription
- Without a subscription you get the first deck of 10 questions in each category. The subscription removes the limit: decks of 20, unlimited decks, plus date-idea generation.
- Available periods are monthly and yearly. The price in your local currency is shown by the App Store inside the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID settings after purchase. It cannot be cancelled inside the app.
- After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period. Everything generated earlier stays with you; nothing new is generated.
- Apple processes all payments, so refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules.
Your content
Text, photos and videos you add to the timeline remain yours. We store them in private storage solely to show them back to you, and use them for nothing else. You are responsible for what you add, including consent from people shown in your photos.
Questions are generated by AI
Questions and date ideas are produced by a language model from the data you entered. They may be inaccurate, off the mark or uncomfortable. They are material for a conversation, not professional advice.
Udvoh is not therapy, counselling or a medical service and does not replace a specialist. You can always skip a question. In difficult situations, including abuse or threats to safety, please seek professional help.
Unacceptable use
- creating an account for someone without their knowledge or consent;
- adding material that breaks the law or violates other people's rights;
- attempting to break the app, bypass subscription limits or reach other people's data.
Access may be terminated for breaching these terms.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the app running, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service: updates and third-party outages happen. We may change these terms; material changes will be published on this page with a date.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the consequences of decisions made under the influence of generated questions.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. This does not remove consumer protections granted by the law of your country of residence.
Terms required by Apple
- This agreement is between you and the developer of Udvoh, not Apple. The developer is responsible for the app and its content.
- Apple grants you a non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store Terms of Service.
- The developer is solely responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide them.
- If the app fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price. Beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation; anything else is the developer's responsibility.
- The developer, not Apple, is responsible for claims relating to the app: product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection and similar.
- If a third party claims the app infringes its intellectual property rights, the developer is responsible for handling that claim.
- By using the app you confirm you are not located in a country under a US embargo and are not on any US prohibited-party list.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
